We handle all the details. Setup and teardown and sanitation. We handle all the work. We can cook and serve onsite OR drop everything off at your home and help you set everything up, including heated chafers.
All food is made from scratch and we only use fresh ingredients.
We setup a grilling station and a self-service table with all the fixings, Salsas, pico, guacamole, cheese dip, chips, Mexican rice, charro beans and more.
Everything is fresh and served per order. We keep the table stocked and maintained. We pack up all left over food for you to keep.
When you request onsite service, each plate is made Per Order for your guests. Right off the grill! It's like having a restaurant at your home or event.

Originally from the Philippines, chef Dana started her career in New York before moving to San Francisco. She graduated top of her class with honors from Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute and is a member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF). She also lived in Dallas for 10yrs working at many top tier Restaurants before moving to Houston in 2015, drawn by Houston's culinary diversity. She worked and helped startup many restaurants in Houston and now owns and operates her own food truck and catering business. Dana got her passion for cooking from her mother Ofelia, a celebrated cook in the Philippines.
